Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is for carrying out appropriate amendment in Writ Petition No. 7756 of 2008 in view of subsequent development i.e. change of names of original Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. In support of this contention, the learned counsel for the applicant relies on certificate issued by Assistant Registrar, Co.Op. Societies, Shirur, Dist. Pune dated 23.01.2014 and Resolution dated 28.08.2010 passed by the Applicant No.1.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and the certificate dated 23.01.2014, I am satisfied that the Applicant has Sneha Chavan 1/2

904 caw 715-16=.doc made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus :

"b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Petitioner to incorporate names of Applicant Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in place of Respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 in the Writ Petition."

b) Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 7756 of 2008 is directed to carry out appropriate amendment in petition within two weeks from today and serve copy on other side.

c) In case the petitioner failed to carry out appropriate amendment in Writ Petition, liberty granted to the applicant to carry out amendment in Writ Petition to that effect.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
