RCS No.60 of 2019 is preferred by the respondents/plaintiffs in which the order impugned dated 12th February, 2021 came to be passed by the Appellate Court quashing the order dated 5th July, 2019 passed below Exh.12 and further order of restrainment is passed against the petitioner.

This Court on 24th August, 2021 permitted execution of the order of the Mamlatdar in the matter of creation of the road and that the road is created.

In the aforesaid background, without showing any interference at this stage of the proceedings, parties are hereby directed to maintain status quo as regards existing road till the disposal of the suit and hearing of the same is expedited.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
