Neither the applicant nor advocate for the applicant is present, even though, this application seeks restoration of Writ Petition No.2966 of 2014. However, considering the reasonable stance taken by Mr.Kulkarni learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 the order dated 05th February 2016 is recalled and Writ Petition No.2966 of 2014 is restored. The petitioner shall however, pay cost of Rs.3,000/- to the Pune Municipal Corporation within a period of four weeks. Civil application accordingly disposed of.
