The above Civil Applications have been filed by the original Respondent No.1 i.e. the Bank of Maharashtra for seeking interim stay of the execution proceedings adopted by the original Appellant Nos.1 to 11 in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai. The said execution proceedings are in respect of the decree which has been obtained by the original Appellants against the Respondent No.1 i.e. the Bank of Maharashtra. cal-184&185-11-(13) were heard on 22-9-2014 and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) were granted. The said ad-interim reliefs are in operation since 22-92014. In our view, therefore, the said ad-interim reliefs would have to be confirmed pending the hearing and final disposal of the above Letters Patent Appeals. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
