Heard the learned counsel for the parties. On hearing, we are inclined to dispose of this petition as the petitioner is stated to be the tenant of the premises in question and as the petitioner has remedy to challenge the impugned order before the Debts Recovery Tribunal under the amended provisions of the SARFAESI Act. In view of this the present petition is disposed of with liberty. All contentions are kept open. Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
