2] The Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 29th January, 2019, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.77 of 2019. The Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/- for a period of four weeks. 3] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in pursuant to the aforesaid order, the Applicant has furnished cash security and he has been released on bail. However, the surety is yet to 1/2

Hence, the facility of cash bail be extended. 4] Considering the submission, the facility of cash security granted by this Court by order dated 29th January, 2019 is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the Applicant to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 29th January, 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 77 of 2019.
