This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No. 433 of 2015 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant in ABA No. 372/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as the respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of amended application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period.
