1] In pursuance of the statement made by the parties hereto on 25th August 2015 before this Court, the learned Counsel for the respective parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and they have also executed consent terms. A copy of consent terms has been tendered. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is specifically mentioned in the said consent terms that the parties shall adopt appropriate legal proceedings for quashing of C.R.No.442 of 2014, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Govandi, Mumbai.

Investigating Officer is hereby directed to take note of the consent terms and not to precipitate the matter any further. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
