This application is moved for extension of temporary bail which was granted by this Court on 26.2.2016 on the ground that his son of 7 years was to be operated. The son has undergone a surgery on 29.2.2016. However, he had fracture on 27.2.2016 on left ulna bone. It is submitted that there is nobody to look after the child. His wife has taken divorce from him and sister in law is looking after the child. 2.
Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The applicant-accused is facing charges under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement under section 313 of the Code of Civil Procedure is recorded. The child is operated. However, there must be 1 / 2
appp.204.2016_918.doc some family member in the house because in the absence of the applicant-accused, the child was staying with some family member. No good ground is made for extension of the bail. 4.
The application is accordingly rejected.
