The relief claimed in this petition is that the petitioner's services have been transferred in response to the representation by the concerned Head Master to the Zilla Parishad school who are not permitting the petitioner to join the services. 3.

What is important to note that the orders passed by the superior authority are bound to be complied with. In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure that the order on the transferred post of the respondent no.3 are implemented by 1/2

33-wp3240-19.doc the respective Head Master. Needless to state that the salary of the petitioner for the period for which she has worked shall be released within four weeks from today.
