By this civil application the applicants seek restoration of the second appeal and for setting aside the order dated 12th November, 2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). Learned counsel for the applicants states that all the office objections are already removed.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c ) on the condition that if any objections are not removed so far, the same shall be removed within two weeks from today, failing which the order 1/2
