By this application, the applicant prays for relaxation/modification of condition (d), imposed on her while granting bail to her vide order dated 23/02/2023 passed in Bail Application No. 1481 of 2022. An oral request is also made by the learned counsel for the applicant to modify condition (e) imposed on her vide the same order. 2.

It is submitted that the applicant has regularly abided by the conditions since the passing of the order. There is nothing on record to indicate that the applicant has defaulted

Learned APP opposed the application and the request. 4.

However, for the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the fact that the applicant is a woman who has abided by the conditions imposed since the passing of the order, I am inclined to allow the application and the oral request today made in respect of clause (e).

Accordingly, condition (d) regarding reporting to the Investigating Officer is deleted. She shall, however, attend the trial Court regularly.

Condition (e) stands modified and now be read as "The applicant shall not leave India without leave of the trial Court."

The application stands disposed of.
