The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to the respondent no.1 on 1st January, 2021 against the illegal activity of stone crushing being carried out by one Raghav Sunil Bharadia. However, no cognizance is taken of it. The petitioner's land is adjacent to the said site.

The learned AGP submits that in case the representation filed by the petitioner is pending, then the Collector would consider the same on its own merits.

In light of that the respondent no.1/Collector to take a decision upon the representation (page 24 of the petition) of the petitioner on its own merits expeditiously, however, after hearing the parties that would be affected.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
