Learned counsel for the applicant states that vide order dated 03rd February 2016, the applicant was directed to report the Investigating Officer from 07th to 11th March 2016, for the purpose of investigation and interrogation. She submits that the applicant will not be able to report to the Investigating Officer on 10th and 11th March 2016, as he is appearing for his MBA examination. She states that the exam gets over on 24th March 2016, and the applicant will be returning from Jamshedpur only on 28th March 2016.

Accordingly the applicant shall now report to the concerned Investigating Officer on the 1st and 2nd April 2016 from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., instead of 10th and 11th March 2016. 5.
