This application is filed for restoration of above writ petition which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that if petition is restored to the file, she will remove office objections within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement and in the light of averments made in the application, we find that case for restoration of writ petition is made out. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (d).
