By this petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 23.1.2015 passed by District Judge-5, Kolhapur in Misc. Civil Appeal No.292 of 2014 partly allowing plaintiff's application. The learned counsel for the petitioner plaintiff submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition Special Civil Suit No.160 of 2014 is disposed of as the same was compromised out of court.

In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Same stands dismissed as infructuous.
