The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced for perusal of this Court a copy of letter dated 27th May, 2015 addressed to her by the Commander Works Engineers (Army). The said letter records that as per the directions of the Central Administrative Tribunal which are impugned in this petition, necessary amounts have been paid and therefore, the case should be closed. In view of what is stated in this letter, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
