Heard. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that it remained on their part to annex the schedule of the proposed amendment, to the Interim Application. Hence, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Interim Application with liberty to file afresh for the same cause of action. To that effect, she has given in writing.
