1) This is an application for recalling of Order dated 26th July 2022, appointing an Advocate from the panel of High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai to represent and espouse the cause of Applicant/Appellant.

2) The Order dated 26th July 2022 is self eloquent and according to us, is passed in view of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Surya Baksh Singh Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh, reported in (2014) 14 SCC 222.

However, at the profused pleadings of the learned counsel for Applicant/Appellant we are inclined to recall the said Order dated 26th July 1/2
