The above Writ Petition has been filed espousing the cause of two persons who the Petitioner claims to be his employees. It is the case of the Petitioner that his Manager Mr. Hansraj Gujar was forcefully made to withdraw an amount of Rs.14,000/- by using the ATM card of the Petitioner. The Petitioner therefore seeks action against the alleged erring police officer as also compensation. The version of the police of the Khar Police Station as stated in the letter dated 2-5-2018 addressed to the Petitioner is to the contrary and it is the case of the police that it is the Manager Mr. Hansraj Gujar who has misappropriated the amount of Rs.14,000/-. Significantly the above Petition has not been filed by the said two persons whom the Petitioner claims to be his employees. The Petition has been filed on the basis of the hearsay information of the Petitioner. We therefore decline to entertain the above Writ Petition. The same is accordingly dismissed. mmj

wp-1138-18(30) Needless to state that if the said two persons who the Petitioner claims as his employees, file a Petition, the same would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
