Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service for Respondent Nos.1 & 2. In the facts of the case the service on Respondent No.3 is dispensed with.

The only direction sought by the Petitioner is for expeditious consideration of his Tribe Claim which is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. The Petitioner is a student and seeks to pursue higher

The Roznama on record indicates that the proceedings are pending since the year 2021.

In view of the aforesaid , the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the proceedings for tribe verification of the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The decision be taken in accordance with law.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 6th May 2022.
