DATE: 20 NOVEMBER 2015 P.C. :- 1] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 2 February 2008 made by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik, in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 180 of 2007 denying the Petitioner interim maintenance.

2] At this point of time, it is likely that the main petition is itself disposed of. In any case rather than interfere with the impugned order, the interests of justice will be met if the Civil Judge is directed to dispose of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 180 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today. The Petitioner to place authenticated copy of this order before the Civil Judge and the Civil Judge to act on the basis of the same.

3] With the aforesaid direction, Rule is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
