Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that no case is made out for review of the order dated 31.8.2016 as while disposing of the Writ Petition No. 4026 of 2015, this Court had only directed that the the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2014 keeping in view the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Arun Sonawane Vs. State of Maharashtra, 2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 497. This itself indicate that this court has not taken any decision on the merits of the matter. It is open for the University to decide the

904-rpw-6792.2017.sxw petitioner's representation in terms of the directions contained in the Judgment of the Full Bench and take appropriate decision in accordance with law also keeping in view any other judgment on the issue. Time to take the decision is extended by further period of two months from today.

Review petition stands disposed of.
