This application is for bringing the Legal Representatives of the original Petitioner on record. In paragraph-3 of the application, it is mentioned that the original Petitioner was assaulted by the Respondent No.1, 4, 8, 9 and 10 on 15/02/2023 and consequently, the Petitioner passed away on 16/02/2023. In paragraph-4 the names of the legal representatives of the Petitioner are mentioned.
