The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that they do not want to press the First Appeal against Respondent No.2 Corporation. He seeks liberty to delete the name of Respondent No.2 - Municipal Corporation. Liberty granted to do so at the cost and consequence of the Appellant. 3.

First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Consent terms shall be treated to be part and parcel of the decree. Refund of Court Fees as per Rules.
