The learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has submitted that the order of termination, as far as, the Petitioners in the present writ petitions are concerned, has been withdrawn and an application to that effect has been placed before the School Tribunal.

In view of this, the prayers in the present writ petitions viz. WP Nos. 3051 and 3052 of 2018 have become infructuous. 3.

Writ petitions are disposed on in view of the withdrawal of the termination.

Writ petition No. 3050 of 2018 :

The Petitioners seeks time to file an additional affidavit. Stand over to 21.11.2018. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner herein would proceed before the School Tribunal and co-operate with the Court on all scheduled dates.
