This Application is moved for modification of the condition of bail. The applicant/accused is facing charges under sections 376(2)(N) of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant/accused is granted bail by this Court on 20th January, 2016 on condition that he shall furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the applicant/accused is from poor class and he is not in a position to furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. She submitted that the applicant/accused will not jump the bail. She submitted that the condition of furnishing surety be modified. 3.

Learned APP submitted that the applicant/accused has committed a 1 / 2

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel, amount of bail is reduced to Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Remaining conditions will remain the same.
