DATE : 4th DECEMBER, 2021 P.C:- Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his client has already filed an appeal before the Presiding Officer, Additional School Tribunal, Navi Mumbai against the Management and Joint Director, Technical Education, Mumbai, impugning the order of termination and for other reliefs. Statement is accepted.

In view of this position, we do not propose to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue the said appeal.

If any application for expeditious hearing of the appeal is filed by the petitioner before the Tribunal, the same shall be considered on its own merit. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open to be agitated before the Tribunal.
