2] The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions of the Officer of the Respondent, Mr.Rajesh Shinde, Deputy Engineer of Corporation, states that the new development plan has been sanctioned on 5th January, 2017 and the Petitioners land is shown in residential zone.

3] In view of the above, the purpose of the Writ Petition stand served. Writ Petition stands disposed of. Rule is discharged. No costs.
