Heard Mr.Kulkarni, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. None appear for the respondent. This Court has passed an order dated 1st July, 2011 framing substantial question of law and admitting the matter. This Court also passed an order of status quo which was modified on 28th March, 2014. In view of these orders, both the orders shall continue as it is pending the decision of the appeal.

The applicants-appellants are permitted to carry out the amendment for bringing the legal heirs on record within a period of two weeks from today.
