This Petition has been filed under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appoint of Arbitrator. Since there was no consensus between the parties as to the name of the Arbitrator, this Court is suggested the name of Mr. Justice J.N. Patel, a former Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court, to which the learned Counsel for the parties are agreed. In the circumstances, the following order is passed:

i) Mr. Justice J.N. Patel, former Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court, residing at Flat No.2501, Celesta Planet Godrej, 30, K.K. Marg, SGM Chowk (Jacob Circle), Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 011, 1/2

k 2/2 914 arp 26.15 as .doc is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
