Learned counsel appearing for the parties tender consent terms dated 6th January 2018 duly signed by the office bearers of the petitioner and also signed by the respondents. The consent terms are also signed by the respective advocates for the parties. Since the respondent no.3 has sold the tenement to the another party, the respondent no.3 has not signed the consent terms. Copy of the resolution passed by the society is annexed to the consent terms.

The consent terms dated 6th January 2018 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted. Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
