This is an application for relaxation of condition No. (iv) imposed by the order dated 04.10.2018 in Bail Application No. 1615 of 2018 by which the Applicant was required to report to the Investigating Officer and/or Senior P.I. of Khandeshwar Police Station on first Monday of every month until further orders. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant points out that at the relevant time, the applicant was in service and was posted at Navi Mumbai. The Applicant has since retired and has moved back to his Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2
2 IA 1021-20=order2 native place at Telangana. In any event, as the chargesheet is already filed, the applicant is attending the Trial Court. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant has filed an application for exemption before the Trial Court. 3.
Considering the over all circumstances, the condition for reporting to Investigating Officer EOW, Navi Mumbai is hereby relaxed. Needless to mention that this court has not examined the question of exemption before the Trial Court. Application, if any filed for such exemption shall be decided by the learned Trial Court on its own merits.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
