P.C.:- This Application is received through Jail with a prayer to expedite the NDPS Special Case No. 94 of 2014. Heard Mr. Deshpande, amicus curiae and the respective learned counsel appearing for the Respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Union of India, on instructions, submitted that, as of today 14 witnesses have been examined by the Trial Court and the Trial Court has scheduled the next date for examining P.W. No. 15, on 26th March, 2018. In view of above, there is no need to further expedite the Trial. Application is accordingly disposed of.
