Heard the Learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for State.
This is an application seeking transit bail. It is submitted that on 6th March, 2017 police had visited house of the present applicants. Upon enquiry it was learnt that Jagdish Sarda has lodged report against the present applicants on 11/2/2017 at Bahadurpura Police 1/3
station, district, Hyderabad, registered as Crime No. 32 of 2017 for offence punishable under section 468, 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is pertinent to note that the same complainant had filed a private complaint on the basis of which Crime No. 163 of 2014 was registered at Bahadarpura Police Station, Hyderabad and the applicants were granted transit bail.
The learned Counsel for the applicants upon instructions submits that they would cooperate with the investigating agency in Crime No. 32 of 2017 registered at Bahadurpura Police Station or avail appropriate legal remedies as per advise and seeks transit bail for the same.
In the interest of justice, the applicants deserve transit bail for a limited period. Hence, following order is passed :
ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 32 of 2017 registered at Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, the applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each and one or more local sureties in the like amount. (iii) This interim relief shall remain in force for a limited period of four weeks only.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
