Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P.

By this application, the applicants have impugned the Order
2/4 dated 26th February, 2016, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune, below Exhibit - 68 as well as Judgment and Order dated 7th February, 2017, passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pune, in Criminal Appeal No.253 of 2016, by which the applicants appeal came to be dismissed.

It appears that Respondent No.1 - Amruta Amit Mhalas had filed an application being Exhibit - 68 seeking the following prayer:- a) Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the Respondent no.1 to produce his passport copy alongwith all its pages on record.

The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune vide order dated 26th February, 2016, was pleased to allow the said application and as such directed the applicant no.1 to produce the entire copy of the passport including the pages therein. The said order was confirmed in appeal. 5.
Learned Counsel for the applicants states that the applicant no.1 is ready to abide by the said direction issued by the learned Judicial
3/4 Magistrate First Class, Pune, directing him to produce the copy of the entire passport including the pages therein, duly attested by the Embassy of India. 6.
Learned Counsel for the applicants have produced a scan copy of the passport certified by the Embassy of India, DOHA dated 22nd March, 2017. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 7.
In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for consideration in the present application. The applicant no.1 is accordingly permitted to produce the original certified copy of his passport including all pages therein before the learned JMFC, within two weeks from today. The learned JMFC shall keep the said copy in his custody and handover a xerox copy of the same to the Respondent No.1 - Amruta Amit Mhalas, if he deems fit.

Learned Counsel for the applicants request that the proceedings before the trial Court be expedited. 9.
Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2013, the
4/4 learned Judge to dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. 10.
Application is accordingly disposed of on aforesaid terms. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
