Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 23rd September, 2020 refusing to allow the petitioner to withdraw of Rs.6,00,000/- in pursuance of order dated 30th August, 2019. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, states that he has served to respondent No.2 privately and has filed affidavit of service. 3.

On reading of order dated 30th August, 2019 and order dated 10th January, 2020, I am satisfied that the applicants were permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.6,00,000/-. The impugned order is, therefore, cannot be sustained.

The writ petition is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (d).

No costs.
