This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal challenging conviction and consequent sentence imposed on the applicant for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the application by contending that there is no sufficient cause to condone the delay in filing the appeal. Gaikwad RD 1/2
