Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State.

The applicant herein is seeking relaxation of condition imposed vide order dated 5/2/2021. The applicant was enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in view of Talwalkar

32.ia891.2021.doc the pandemic situation, it is difficult to arrange for solvent sureties and moreover, to get insolvency certificate. In view of this, applicant seeks to be enlarged on provisional cash bail for a period of 8 weeks within which the applicant shall furnish solvent sureties. In view of the above, following order is passed :

ORDER

(I) The application is allowed.

(II) The clause (i) of the operative Order dated 5/2/2021 passed in Bail Application No. 2534 of 2019 is modified as follows : (i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

(III) Following clause be added in the operative order dated 5/2/2021:

(ix) The applicant be enlarged on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- for a period of 8 weeks. The applicant shall furnish solvent sureties in the like amount within 8 weeks. The application is disposed of on the above terms. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J) Talwalkar
