Mr. G.J. Mohan Rao for the respondent / original appellant. CORAM : SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.

DATED : 25th SEPTEMBER, 2019 P.C. :- .

The applicant herein has sought to modify the order dated 15/01/2008 whereby the applicant was directed to withdraw the amount by furnishing adequate security.

Mr. S.M. Kamble, the learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is unable to furnish security and that he may be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount by furnishing personal bond. It is not in dispute that the applicant has already withdrawn 50% of the amount by furnishing personal bond. Considering this fact and considering the grounds raised in the appeal memo, I am not 1/2

P.H. Jayani 44 CAF2766.18.doc inclined to modify the condition of furnishing adequate security. Application has no merits and is accordingly dismissed. Preeti H.
