Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By detailed order dated 11 March 2021, the Applicant was granted interim protection, on condition of attendance. It is undisputed that the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the matter of investigation. 3.

The interim protection is operating for more than one year now.

Considering the over all circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 11 March 2021, which is hereby made absolute, which shall be subject to the condition that the Applicant continues to cooperate with the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence / witnesses.
