After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial pertaining to Special Sessions Case No. 247 of 2016 pending on the file of learned Special Judge, Thane does not commence within a period of one year from today.
