Considering that the Application is filed by the Applicant-Appellant No.2-Chandraprakash Laujariya Yadav which is endorsed by the Superintendent of the concerned prison, we permit the Applicant Chandraprakash Laujariya Yadav to withdraw from this Appeal and to file a separate criminal appeal.
