2.
Parties through their counsel.
3.
According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after passing of the order by this Court on 30.9.2016 in WP No. 10698 of 2016, the Committee has not yet decided the matter in regard to the petitioner's claim for validation of her caste validity claim. He submits that in the absence of caste validity certificate, respondent nos. 2 and 3 are not accepting the petitioner's
p31-wp-3213.2017.sxw examination form. He also submits that for no fault of the petitioner, she is being deprived of appearing for the 8th semester examination of B. Pharmacy.
4.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner's matter is pending before the caste validity Committee, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Caste Validity Committee to decide the petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.
We allow the petition in terms of prayer clause (b). In case the Committee decides to grant caste validity claim of the petitioner, the consequential monetary benefits flowing from that order shall follow.
6.
With the above observations, Petition stands disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) (SHANTANU KEMKAR, J.)
