Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the Applicants, submits that, as per the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, possession of the suit premises is already handed over to Respondent No.1-Landlord. 2.

In view thereof, the Applicants do not want to proceed with the hearing of this Civil Revision Application. Hence, the Civil Revision Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.137 of 2016, pending in the Civil Revision Application, does not survive and the same stands disposed of as infructuous.
