Rule made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties. 3) The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by way of present petition, the Petitioner has impugned the rejection of his application seeking discharge in R.C.C. No. 722 of 2011. In the interregnum, charge has been framed and hence, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. 4) In view of this, petition stands disposed of on the said count. It is made clear that all contentions are kept open. Petitioner would be at liberty to file an application seeking exemption from appearance before the Trial Court.
