1] By an Order dated 7th March 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] The learned APP on instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer who is personally present in the Court submitted that, after getting interim protection of pre-arrest bail by this Court, the applicant has committed another crime bearing CR No.1077 of 2018 under sections 323, 324, 506, 143, 144, 147 of the Indian Penal Code. 1/2

aba.434-2018.doc 3] Thus it appears that the applicant has misused interim protection of pre-arrest bail granted by this Court to him. In view thereof, this Court is of the view that the applicant does not deserve to be further protected by pre-arrest bail.

4] Application is accordingly rejected.
