DATED : 25th NOVEMBER, 2021 P.C:- By the present Contempt Petition, the petitioner is alleging disobedience of the order passed by the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Nashik on 17th September 2010.

The provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act and the power of this Court to entertain the disobedience/breach of the orders of the Civil Court is sought to be invoked. When the attention of Mr.Sachin Gite is invited to Order 39 Rule 2-A, which provide for consequence of disobedience of breach of the injunction and empower the Court granting injunction, to deal with such disobedience or breach by detaining the person, who act in disobedience of the Tilak

In the wake of the aforesaid, the Contempt Petition is not entertained and is rejected.
