1] Without going into the issues as to whether this is a genuine public interest litigation or not, we accept the statement made on behalf of the State and respondent no. 6 that the grievance in this petition will be examined by them and further, steps will be taken to complete the work as tendered on 9 December 2015 within the time stipulated.
