We are inclined to dispose of the present petition as the petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal as the claim of the petitioner is appointment on compassionate ground in State services.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with above liberty. All contentions of the parties on the merits of the matter are expressly kept open.

The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically on condonation of delay if any, as we are disposing of the petition today which was filed in this Court on 8 March 2016.
